1907 Made Colt Police Positive. Factory Nickel. Backstrap inscription identified to John Wesley Creamer, Chief of Police for Baltimore County MD. Creamer was gifted this gun in 1914, confirmed by newspaper articles, and had a long career in Baltimore County law enforcement. 1920 Made Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket - FACTORY NICKEL & PEARLS. This gun was ordered through Marshal Wells Hardware and eventually shipped to Pease Hardware Company of Superior Wisconsin. The Colt shows slight wear and shows in remarkable original condition. Comes with an original type box, likely not for the gun. Offered at $2500.00
